We are reinventing the process of discovery by approaching the science of disease with modern technology and a beginner’s mindset. Inspired by the principles of biodesign, we drive capital-efficient development of life-changing medicines for patients and the physicians who care for them.

At the center of Osanni is our innovation engine, which is optimized for what our team does best: discovering new scientific insights, designing novel drug concepts and efficiently advancing programs to a meaningful proof-of-concept. Once a program is sufficiently de-risked, it graduates into our ecosystem of affiliate companies, which we affectionately call “Avians.” Each Avian takes flight equipped with the dedicated focus, specialized talent, capital and strategic support necessary to scale. Our architecture marries the scientific depth and operational power of a centralized platform with the speed, agility and accountability of independent companies.
